This is another version of Patagonia Classic Tour in a bed & breakfast
basis, including only the main highlights of each destination and domestic
flights.

Day 1 – Puerto Madryn
Reception at Trelew airport. Transfer to Punta Tombo Penguin Rookery to
admire a magnificent colony of millions of Magellan penguins that meet
for mating and giving birth every year. Transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.
Day 2 - Puerto Madryn
Continental breakfast. Full day tour to Península Valdés,
passing by Ameghino Isthmus, located between the Nuevo and the San Jose
Gulfs. Visit Puerto Pirámide, where there is a sea lion rookery
and it's a great opportunity to take the optional boat excursion for an
outstanding whale watch you cannot miss (available from June to November).
Continue to Punta Delgada for a view of its important colony of sea lions
and Caleta Valdés where sea elephants seem to have found their
ideal natural habitat. Return to Puerto Madryn.
Day 3 - Puerto Madryn / Ushuaia
Continental breakfast. Transfer to Trelew airport to board the flight
to Ushuaia.
Reception at Ushuaia airport and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.
In the afternoon, city tour including the End of the World Museum.
Day 4 - Ushuaia
Continental breakfast. Departure to Tierra del Fuego National Park, located
only 12 km from the city. It preserves typical species of the Andean-Patagonic
Forest such as firebushes, beech trees, ñires, box leafed barberries
and flowers, spread in an area of 63,000 hectares. Before entering the
National Park, board the Train to the End of the World and enjoy an unforgettable
trip along the original terreplain where the old prisoners train ran until
1947 for their expeditions into the National Park in search of wood for
heating. The highlight of the park is Lapataia Bay, the southernmost tip
of the continent, with its wonderful view of the Beagle Channel. Here,
the old inhabitants of the area left their testimony in the "concheros",
incredible archeological deposits.

Day 5 – Ushuaia / El Calafate
Continental breakfast. Transfer to Ushuaia airport to board the flight
to El Calafate.
Transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.
Note: in case of flying to Río Gallegos, optional bus transfer
to El Calafate (316 km) (*).
Day 6 - El Calafate
Continental breakfast. Overland trip to Perito Moreno Glacier, one of
the world’s largest active continental glaciers, declared Universal
Mankind´s Heritage Site by UNESCO because of its breathtaking beauty
and its unusual behaviour. Return to El Calafate.
Day 7 - El Calafate
Continental breakfast. Day at leisure for an optional tour: full day lake
excursion to Upsala Glacier and Onelli Bay, cruising among hundreds of
icebergs that have broken off the glacier. Upsala is the largest continental
glacier in the Southern Hemisphere. The height of its walls varies between
60 to 80 meters and it has an area of 595 km2. Return to El Calafate.
Day 8 - El Calafate
Continental breakfast. Transfer to El Calafate airport to board the flight
to Buenos Aires.

Ushuaia - El Calafate 5 days

Day 1 - Ushuaia
Reception at Ushuaia airport and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.

Day 2 - Ushuaia

Bariloche – El Calafate

The ideal circuit to have a closer encounter with the Patagonic fauna
and some relics of past ages, visiting places that offer the additional
charm of being somewhat off the road of the conventional touristic trails.
Day 1 - Buenos Aires / Bariloche
Reception at Bariloche local airport. Transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.
In the afternoon, Small Circuit excursion. While bordering the Nahuel
Huapi Lake we will visit Bariloche's highlights: Playa Bonita, Campanario
Hill, Llao Llao Peninsula where we will visit St. Eduard's Chapel, the
Llao Llao Hotel & Resort, etc.
Day 2-Bariloche
Breakfast. Full day excursion to Mt. Tronador. We cross the Pampa de Huenuleo,
passing by Lake Gutierrez, arriving at Lake Mascardi where we embark to
navigate along the beautiful Lake of the Seven Colors (Mascardi), which
will take us to the heart of the Nahuel Huapi National Park. Lunch at
the Tronador Hotel. Here we start a terrestrial trip along the Vuriloches
Valley, ascending to the Ventisquero Negro and the base of Mt. Tronador
where you may take an ascending walk to the Mount. On the way back we
make a stop in the area of Pampa Linda, to walk through the woods until
we reach the Saltillo de las Nalcas, a waterfall that allows us to go
behind it. The return trip may be done either by water or by land. Return
to the hotel.
Day 3 – Bariloche / El Calafate
Breakfast. Transfer to Bariloche airport to board the flight to El Calafate.
Reception.Transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.
Note: in case of flying to Río Gallegos, optional bus transfer
to El Calafate (316 km) (*).
Day 4 - El Calafate
Breakfast. Departure from the hotel towards Puerto Bandera, 50 km from
town, to board the catamaran to enjoy a full day lake excursion to Upsala
Glacier and Onelli Bay, cruising through hundreds of icebergs that have
broken off the glaciers. Upsala is the largest continental glacier in
the Southern Hemisphere. The height of its walls varies between 60 to
80 meters and it has an area of 595 km2. Return to El Calafate. Dinner.
(This excursion is available from October to April on regular basis and
from July to September according to weather conditions and with a limited
number of passengers).
Day 5 - El Calafate
Breakfast. Overland trip to Perito Moreno Glacier, one of the world’s
largest active continental glaciers, declared Universal Mankind´s
Heritage Site by UNESCO, because of its breathtaking beauty and its unusual
behaviour. Dinner.
Day 6 - El Calafate
