GENERAL CONDITIONS
Prices are based on specific days of travel and are subject to limited availability of particular air fare and hotels bookings. A minimum of two
nights required. All rates are based on standard rooms and are not valid for New Years, Carnival and Conventions.

RATES
All amounts herein referred to as $ mean US DOLLARS. All tours prices, unless otherwise shown, are per night in USD.

BOOKING PROCEDURES
All packages and reservations must be made up to seven business days prior to departure. All names, as
shown in passport, must be provided at time of booking. Packages features for all plans are subject to change and are based on availability at time of full payment. All reservations made and confirmed 14 days or less prior to departure will
be delivered by overnight service and will incur an additional charge of $150.00

PAYMENT PROCEDURES
Booking fee of $25.00 not refundable will be assessed to confirm availability and prices. A Deposit of $150.00 per person is required and must be received in our office to confirm reservations or check availability. Full payment must be received in our office 45 days
prior of departure or by the suppliers rules whichever comes first.
Payments must be made in cash, money order, certified checks or, if made with Visa, Master Card or Amex, a 3.50% fee will be assessed
to the full amount. A credit card authorization form must be signed. Late reservation will be accepted subject to availability.

AIR ITINERARY
Flight schedules are not guaranteed. BORELLO TRAVEL&TOURS shall not be liable for any airline schedule
changes, delays, cancellations,or any other airline's inability to perform. Passengers are responsible for reconfirmation of all flights directly with the airlines 72 hours prior to
departure.

SEATS
Seats assignments are not
guaranteed. If seats selections
are not available through
BORELLO TRAVEL &
TOURS they will be assigned at
airport check in.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
After initial deposit or full
payment has been made
for land or air packages any
changes or cancellations will
incur a per person charge,
plus any additional airlines,
hotels and/or other supplier
charges, except for Carnival
and New Years stays in Rio
and packages which are non-
refundable.
All changes might affect prices
and availability. All existing
documents must be returned
to Borello Travel & Tours via
overnight delivery service
and revised documents will
be delivered overnight at
additional cost of $150.00

CHANGES OR ITERRUPTIONS, EVEN
FOR MEDICAL REASONS OR OTHER
EMERGENCY, MAY RESULT IN A
SUBSTANTIALLY HIGHER FARE AT
THE CLIENT EXPENSE.
TO COVER FOR THOSE
CIRCUMSTANCES, TRAVEL
INSURANCE IS HIGHLY
RECCOMENDED AT TIME OF
PURCHASE.

Penalty fees are per person
based on specific days prior to
departure or by the suppliers
rules whichever is furthermost
as follow:
Deposit: non refund
Up to 60 days prior: $200.00
59 to 45 days prior: $500.00
44 to 21 days prior: 75%
20 to within 72 Hrs prior: NO
REFUND.

AIR CANCELLATIONS
A fee of $50.00 will be
assessed to clients, plus all
airlines fees, if the fare is
refundable. In other cases no
refund will be given.
All documents must be
returned to Borello Travel &
Tours to process a refund. No

air refund will be made after
travel has commenced or if a
flight is missed or delayed.
INSURANCE

MUST CHECK ONE:
[ ] YES, I accept the insurance
coverage. Please send us the
copy of coverage.
[ ] NO, I do not want the
coverage and assume the
cancellation risks.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND
VISAS
Airlines tickets, vouchers and
other travel documents will be
mailed within 14 days prior
to departure. In case of lost
or stolen tickets, client will be
required to purchase a new
ticket and file for a lost ticket
application directly with the
airline for reimbursement.
Borello Travel & Tours will not
mediate in cases of lost or
stolen tickets. All documents
are not transferable.
Visas for entry into foreign
countries are responsibility of
the passengers (US citizens
require visa for Brazil).

TAXES AND GRATUITIES
Departure taxes are not
included in airfare. Some
other taxes might apply for
land packages or services,
gratuities are not included.

RESPONSIBILITY
BORELLO TRAVEL & TOURS,
or its agents, will not be liable
or responsible, in any way
whatsoever, for any loss,
injury, or damage caused
or arising in connection
with any transportation,
hotel or other service or
products provided through
BORELLO TRAVEL & TOURS as
consequence of Government
or other authorities , war, civil
disturbance, hijacks, thefts,
natural disasters or other
circumstances beyond their
control.
