PUNTA NINFAS PATAGONIA

Strategically located in the tip of Punta Ninfas, El Pedral offers a natural, unique and exclusive lookout for watching the whales entering the bay just a few meters from the main lodge. El Pedral Lodge also offers incredible landscapes, a beautiful stone covered beach on the Atlantic Ocean, and the possibility of enjoying many specially designed activities during the entire year, combining trekking, sailing, fishing, horse-back riding, sand-boarding, snorkeling and water skiing.

• Arrival transfer from either Trelew or Puerto Madryn. Departure transfer from Trelew only.
• Accommodation with daily breakfast.
• Lunches and dinners including a selection of alcoholic drinks.
• Excursions to Puerto Pirámide, the Rookery and Punta Tombo are "seat-in-bus" basis.
• Activities designed specially, combining trekking, sailing, fishing, horse-back riding, sand-boarding, snorkeling and water skiing.

Day 01 - EL PEDRAL LODGE
Reception at either Trelew or Puerto Madryn Airports. Depending on arrival time, we will visit the sea elephants at the El Pedral.

Day 02 - EL PEDRAL LODGE
Breakfast. We will depart towards Puerto Pirámide (Pyramid Port) for whale watching, going through the city of Puerto Madryn. In Puerto Pirámide we will board a boat that takes us about 2 miles out to sea, where the engines stop, giving us plenty of time to watch the whales. Return to Puerto Madryn passing by the Birds Island, Riacho and Doradillo, where we can observe many whales with their calves near the beach. Return to the Lodge for dinner and overnight accommodation.

Day 03 - EL PEDRAL LODGE
Full-day stay at Lodge El Pedral. High-sea fishing will allow us to see the seals and whales.

Day 04 - EL PEDRAL LODGE
Breakfast. Departure from the Lodge towards Punta Tombo Penguin Rookery and Trelew Airport. We will pass Rawson City and proceed to Punta Tombo rookery, which nestles on the beach at the feet of the coastal cliff, where the organized life of the Magellan Penguins will provide a wondrous show. It is one of the largest rookeries, with more than 700.00 penguins from September to April. You can walk along paths among these "elegant" birds, and see their nests and chicks. Our next stop is Trelew Airport for our departing flight.
