Hotel Arctic is the best hotel
in Greenland. The hotel is located on a small hill just outside
the town of Ilulissat which gives you an excellent view of
the Disko Bay and the magnificent icebergs at the mouth of
the Ilulissat Icefjord. There is free shuttle bus service
to midtown – or you can walk there in 10-15 minutes.
The hotel has a restaurant, bar, brasserie and kiosk.
Hotel Arctic has 60 double rooms, all with private bath/toilet,
radio, tv and phone. Non-smoking and handicap friendly rooms
are available. Several suites. The hotel also boast five aluminum
igloos and good conference facilities. Awarded the Danish
award The Green Key for the eco-friendly practices at the
hotel.
