FAENA HOTEL+UNIVERSE is housed in a seven-storey historic grain building that sits on the edge of the Buenos Aires and overlooks Rio de la Plata.

Made of bricks transported from Manchester a century ago, at the height of the Belle Époque, El Porteño Building, a 15,500 square meter building has been to this day a landmark in the city of Buenos Aires. 2005 gave birth to a new universe in this century-old building, uniting old and new, transforming it into a paradigm for twenty-first century living.
